A quick explanation and basic biking experience is all that it takes! We biked the Slea Head Loop..23 miles I think…and it was amazing. Biking this trek is far superior to driving the loop in my opinion. So many sights and attractions to stop at and the hills were easily managed with the boost from the bikes. So So much fun! The owner and his son were easy to deal with and very accommodating. You do not want to miss this experience.

A great way to see the peninsula. Would strongly recommend.

We had reservations at 10 am and John showed up very punctually at 10 am! … read more He gave us a map and pointed out several highlights we should consider during our ride, which was very helpful. He also gave us his phone number should we ever have any issues along the way and to let him know when we returned the bikes. The e-bikes were WONDERFUL! Our whole group absolutely loved them. No more worrying about struggling to get up hills or ride against the wind…just pump up the electric assist and whoosh…piece of cake! The scenery and beauty of the Dingle peninsula were amazing and easier to enjoy when you’re on an e-bike. The whole ride took us about 5 hours for ~30 miles (~45 kms).

I told John before we left that this could be an expensive experience because my wife will probably want an electric bike after this…and sure enough, she does!

We rang the company and they offered to either deliver the bikes to us, or we could meet them at the bike company.… read more We chose to meet them at the bike company which is just a three minute drive outside Dingle. There is free parking there which is a fantastic extra as Dingle is so busy during the summer months. We had intended renting a bike but being a warm day, the owner suggested an electric bike which he helpfully explained how to use. We cycled the Slea Head route, which as a local I’ve driven countless times, but was just amazing to experience on a bike. For any visitors, Slea Head is a must do – the scenery is incredible and there are lovely cafés/pubs to to stop off in along the way. I found the electric bike such a novelty and it made the whole experience so enjoyable! We dropped the bikes back in the evening absolutely delighted with our day. Such a lovely and helpful company, such a memorable experience – highly recommend!

We rented bikes for two days. Norman was great and easy to work with. Very responsive. We had a minor issue with one of the bikes – no worries he met us at a pub and fixed it while we had lunch.

He explained our route with accuracy and sketched out various points for site-seeing and for abbreviating or extending the ride. We appreciated John’s warmth and humor.
