A quick explanation and basic biking experience is all that it takes! We biked the Slea Head Loop..23 miles I think…and it was amazing. Biking this trek is far superior to driving the loop in my opinion. So many sights and attractions to stop at and the hills were easily managed with the boost from the bikes. So So much fun! The owner and his son were easy to deal with and very accommodating. You do not want to miss this experience.

I think it’s definitely better, to maximize the enjoyment and overall experience, as well as to minimize a range of impacts, to go by e-bike rather than by car.   Renting the e-bikes to tour the Dingle Peninsula was the highlight of our trip. John was so helpful in giving us tips on the best views, animal & other informational… read more experiences & good pubs for where to stop on the map he gave us. He also provided his number in case we needed any assistance. I don’t think there is a better way to do it. The e-bike aspect makes a long day of biking feel very effortless.
